2012-2013 NCAA College Bowl Game Schedule and Scores: Who's Yet to Play, TV Schedule

The College Bowl Game season continues until Jan. 7.

Several Cedar Falls alums have already had their games, including Wes Boyer, who is on the Cyclone's roster. Iowa State fell short against Tulsa, 31-17 in the Liberty Bowl, while University of Iowa fell short of a postseason bowl game for the first time since 2000.

Here's a list of who is yet to play, along with notes on teams featuring players who played their prep ball in Iowa. If we've missed out on any of the local connections, tell us about it in the comment section. (All times Central.)

Previous games:

The final score of the Fiesta Bowl was Oregon 35, Kansas State 17, with big games from Oregon QB Marcus Mariota and running back Kenjon Barner. Collin Klein had a decent game for Kansas State, but they fell short.

Cedar Rapids Kennedy grad Christian French is a defensive back for the Oregon Ducks. French was drafted as a tight end but has converted to defense since arriving at Oregon. Jesse Ertz, a Mediapolis senior quarterback, has committed to Kansas State.

Former Linn-Mar standout David Parry had a whale of a game for the Stanford Cardinals in a defensive struggle against the Wisconsin Badgers in the Rose Bowl by Vizio. Stanford took down Wisconsin 20-14.

There weren't any Iowa ties that we know of in the Cotton Bowl on Friday, but who doesn't want to hear more about Johnny Football? Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel and the Texas A&M Aggies demolished the Oklahoma Sooners, 41-13.
