Seven people will vie for three seats in the upcoming Cedar Falls School Board election.

Current school board members Susan Lantz and Jim Brown are seeking re-election. School board president Deon Senchina will not run again.

New candidates are Sarah Eastman, 42, Joszef Gitta, 57, Jim Moody, 38, Doug Shaw, 49, and Deb Giarusso, 49.

The election will be held Sept. 10. All school board seats are at-large, meaning the entire school district will be able to vote for each seat.
