Artist Scott LoBaido finished a giant American flag mural on the roof of the Amvets 49 Post in Cedar Falls Wednesday. The painting is to raise awareness for Saturday's Gary Sinise & the Lt. Dan Band concert, which will raise funds to build a smart home for Cedar Falls native and injured Navy explosive ordnance disposal expert Taylor Morris.
