Black Hawk College: BHC Students Named To All-Illinois Academic Team

Two Black Hawk College students recently were selected for the 2021 All-Illinois Academic Team in recognition of their scholarly achievements.

Students are nominated by their colleges for the All-USA Academic Team. Nominees to the All-USA Academic Team are named to the Phi Theta Kappa All-State Academic Teams.

Nominees must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and significant campus and community engagement.

Black Hawk College nominated these Phi Theta Kappa honor society members for the All-USA Academic Team:

• Grace Wolfington of Sheboygan, WI – East Campus student, transfer path
• Emily Clow of Coal Valley – Quad-Cities Campus student, workforce path

Clow and Wolfington received awards from Phi Theta Kappa and were honored at a virtual Phi Theta Kappa All-Illinois Academic Team Ceremony.
