Cedar Falls Police Investigate Friday Night Crash

One person was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after a car crash in Cedar Falls Friday.

Cedar Falls Police said the accident happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 58 and Ridgeway Avenue.

Police said the initial investigation shows that one vehicle was eastbound on Ridgeway Ave. and attempted to turn northbound onto Highway 58. The vehicle was struck in the intersection by a vehicle that was westbound on Ridgeway Ave. 

There were multiple minor injuries and one person was transported to Sartori Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation into the accident continues and no citations have been issued at this time.
