Criminal Mischief and Theft: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

There were two arrests in today's police blotter, from Sept.3.
Charges include second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft.
There was one juvenile arrest. That name has been blocked out because Patch does not typically print the names of juveniles who have been arrested.
