Theft and Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

There were three arrests in today's police blotter, from Aug. 12 and 13.
Charges include habitual offender/barred, interference/no injury, second-degree public intoxication and fourth-degree theft.

One of the arrests was of a juvenile. That arrest has been blocked out, as Patch does not typically print the names of juveniles who have been arrested.
