Police said Tabitha Marie Conrad, 15, was last seen Monday at 9:30 p.m.
The Waterloo Police Department is seeking the public's help finding a missing teen who police said is a runaway.
Police said Tabitha Marie Conrad, 15, was last seen Monday at 9:30 p.m. She is white, 5'6" and 120 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair.
