Much of the state doesn't trick or treat until Tuesday, and a few Halloween night events in Des Moines will provide one last opportunity for holiday fun. There's a Northside Trunk or Treat for elementary-aged kids from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at North High School. Further west, the family party Halloween on the Hill will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Robert Mickle Center, 1620 Pleasant St., Suite 204.
