Johnston Community School District: Kramer Shines At State FFA Convention

In the 2020-21 school year, Johnston students were invited to join their peers in the Dallas Center-Grimes FFA student organizations. After competing in the sub-district and district competitions earlier this spring, 21FFA members of the DCG Chapter, including Johnston High School sophomore Lindy Kramer, attended the state FFA Conference in Des Moines. More than 5,600 FFA members and guests were in attendance.

DCG FFA members participated in state convention activities ranging from Leadership Workshops, Career Fair, and Leadership State Level Contests. Among the many awards the DCG chapter received, Kramer was a member of two outstanding teams that competed during the convention. Congratulations to her and her teammates on their hard work!
