Johnston Community School District: Winter Student-Athletes Excel In Academics
Seven of the school's sports programs were recognized for their high cummulative GPAs.
The Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union & The Iowa High School Athletic Association recognizes those teams and cheerleading squads which collectively have excelled in the classroom. Each student-athlete on the team will receive a certificate for their personal accomplishment, and the achievement will go on record at the respective associations.
