No DART service on Christmas Day or New Year's Day

Regular DART service to take place on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) will not operate bus service on Christmas Day, Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018 or New Year’s Day, Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Holiday service details are as follows:

Monday, Dec. 24 – DART will operate a regular weekday service schedule. Buses and customer service will operate normal weekday hours. Administrative offices at DART Central Station are closed. DART Central Station will close at 11 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 25 – No DART service. DART Central Station and administrative offices are closed.

Wednesday, Dec. 26 – Regular weekday service. DART Central Station is open, with regular hours for customer service windows and schedule information phones.

Monday, Dec. 31 – DART will operate a regular weekday service schedule. Buses and customer service will operate normal weekday hours. DART Central Station will close at 11 p.m.
