Teen Arrested for OWI: Johnston Police Blotter

March 16
Officers made a report in regards to a domestic depute between a husband and wife.
Officers reported to a call of domestic dispute. The male subject had left the residence before officers arrived.
March 17
Austin Bowen, 19, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and stopping on a paved part of highway.
