Thieving House Guest: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Nov. 22 to Nov. 26. Take a look at the reports.

All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 22
A 44-year-old man reported over $2,000 in electronics and other items were stolen from their home in the 10000 block of Northwest 78th Avenue. A visiting family member admitted to taking the items out of the house, the items were recovered.

Nov. 26
An employee of Super Lube Service Center reported a coin-operated machine at the car wash was broken into. The loss is estimated at $600.

A 61-year-old man reported his motorcycle was stolen from a residence that he stored it at. The estimated loss is $600.

A 77-year-old man reported damage to a mailbox.
