In the weather outlook we’ve been waiting for, the National Weather Service expects that temperatures will finally be rising above freezing this week.
The forecast for the metro area, as of Tuesday morning, showed the following:
- Tuesday - temperatures rising up to a high of 15. Low tonight of 7 with a 20% chance of light snow.
- Wednesday - partly sunny with a high of 27 and a low of 15.
- Thursday - sunny with a high of 37 and a low of 22.
- Friday - a streak of 40+ degree temperatures is expected to last through the weekend.
Take advantage of the relief this weekend by getting outdoors to take care of the things you’d never want to do in the bitter cold! Clean your car or take your dog for a walk!
