16-Year-Old Arrested at 5 a.m. -- Yes, 5 a.m. -- for Attempted Burglary, Public Intoxication

A 16-year-old Marion teenage male was charged with two counts of third-degree attempted burglary and one public consumption/intoxication charge.

A 16-year-old local boy was charged by Marion Police for two counts of third-degree attempted burglary and a public consumption/intoxication charge.

He was arrested at 1245 Country Club Road at 5:06 a.m. Sept. 29. Justin Jeremy Strauser, a 23-year-old from Marion,  was arrested at the same time, for the same incident, according to police records.
