Marion Teens Face 13 Criminal Mischief Charges

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

 arrested three Marion teens on 13 counts of criminal mischief.

The majority of the charges were split between a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl — 12 of the 13 charges — leaving 18-year-old Connor Joseph Stoddard with one fifth-degree criminal mischief charge.

The two minors were each charged with four counts of fifth-degree mischief and one count of fourth- and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police records show the charges were made at the corner of Hunters Ridge Road and Silver Oak Trail, 2780 and 2790 Seventh Avenue and the 3200 block of New Castle Road.
