Assault, Theft and Drug Charges: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
There were eight arrests in today's police blotter, from July 28 to July 31.
Charges include driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), open container (driver), window/windshield requirements, failure to use safety belts, fraudulent use of registration, no insurance/not accident-related, operating without registration, fifth-degree theft, consumption in public/intoxication, assault without intent to injure, first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged (OWI), possession of a controlled substance (PCS) and possession of drug paraphernalia (PDP).
