Authorities Identify Driver Found Dead by Jogger
Jeffery Wayne Whitney, 61, of Martelle, has been identified as the man. Whitney was the only occupant of the van which went of the road on Taylor Road south of Highway 151.
Authorities have released the name of a man found dead in a cargo van by a jogger running by on Saturday.
