A reader poses this question: On many occasions I have been at the parks in Marion with my 3 daughters and I see adults smoking at the parks. I don't understand why they would do it at parks around children ... We were at Thomas Park the other day and there was a couple smoking quite close to the equipment and I was so tempted to say something and I didn't... I wish I had though... I wish there was a law that didn't allow that to happen around our children & their health. Thoughts?
