Box Culvert Project Starts At Central Ave, North Of Indian Creek

Earlier this week, Boomerang Corp began Stage 1 of the box culvert project under Central Avenue and north of Indian Creek. The southbound lane of Central Avenue/Alburnett Rd will be closed during Stage 1. Temporary traffic signals will allow alternating northbound and southbound traffic to drive through the construction zone using the northbound lane and temporary pavement. Stage 1 is expected to be completed in approximately 3-4 weeks. [weather and utility dependent].

The City will work with the contractor to limit this downtime and get Stage 1 completed as quickly as possible.
