Burglary and Sexual Abuse: Marion Police Blotter

There were eight arrests in today's police blotter, from Aug. 6 to 8.

Charges included second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged (OWI), failure to maintain control, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), defective muffler, second-degree sexual abuse, possession of a controlled substance (PCS), failure to use safety belts, operating without registration, no insurance/not accident-related and third-degree burglary.
