Domestic Assault, Theft at Marion Road Ranger — Police Blotter

Marion Police arrested the following between Oct. 12 to Oct. 24.:

James Russel Brown, 44, Newhall, was arrested Oct. 12 on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 401 29th Avenue.

James Russell Brown, 67, was charged Oct. 12 with public consumption/intoxication, at the corner of 10th Street and Brockman Avenue.

Ruben Cole Bega, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of a controlled substance at the 400 block of 15ht Street.

Emma Kathryn Weldon, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of a controlled substance, at the 400 block of South 15th Street.

Christopher Michael Lovelace, 795 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged Oct. 14 with fifth-degree theft, at the Marion Road Ranger.

Heather Joan Hardman, 26, 3175 Fifth Street, Marion, was charged Oct. 14 with domestic assault causing serious injury and/or mental illness, at 3175 Fifth Street.
