Drunk Driving and Leaving the Scene of an Accident: Marion Police Blotter

There were seven arrests in today's police blotter, from Aug. 2 to Aug. 3.
Charges include consumption in public/intoxication, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), operating without registration, possession of a controlled substance (PCS), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to use safety belts, driving while license restricted, excessive speed (auto), assault without intent to injure, second-degree operating while drunk or drugged (OWI), no insurance/not accident-related, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield upon entering a highway.
