Have You Seen This Woman?

The Cedar Rapids Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a female that used a stolen credit card. On May 20, 2013, a debit card was lost or stolen from 3132 1 Ave NE. The card has been used on various occasions since this time. The credit card was used on May 20, 2013, at Walmart on Blairs Ferry Rd NE and purchased $275.74 of items.

The Cedar Rapids Police is hoping that someone in the public will recognize this female.  The female has a distinct tattoo on the back of her right shoulder as seen in the attached photos.
