Marion Police Charge 17 with Traffic-Related Offenses in 10 Days

made 17 non-drunken driving related traffic charges in the period of 10 days.

The following individuals were arrested by Marion Police between June 16 and June 26, according to Marion Police documents.

James Wesley Scanlan, 49, Atkins, was charged June 21 with driving with a revoked license and no insurance, not accident related, at the 4900 block of 10th Avenue.

Charles Edward Coles, 38, 3050 Eighth Street, Marion, with driving with a suspended license, at the 300 block of 29th Avenue.

Jon Anthony Brooks, 20, 560 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged June 22 with driving with a suspended license, at Boyson Road and Timber Oak Court.

Darci Kay Bunting, 43, 287 Eighth Avenue, Marion, was charged June 20 with driving with a suspended license, at the 300 block of Marion Boulevard.

Dion Weylin Lee Peters, 28, Clinton, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the 100 block of Twixt Town Road.

Spencer Tracy Keeton, 47, 930 Blairs Ferry Road, Marion, was charged June 20 with driving with a revoked license, not having insurance, not accident related and a violation of a restricted license, at 1000 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Brian Keith Hartson, 43, 1360 11th Avenue, Marion, was charged June 23 with driving with a suspended license and having a defective muffler, at 1200 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Jennifer Leight Helton, 31, 1920 50th Street, Marion, was charged June 19 with driving with a revoked license at the 4400 block of Highway 151.

Ciara London Dulin, 19, 560 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to use safety belts and failure to carry a registration card, at the 500 block of Marion Boulevard.

Danny Ray Wolgemuth, 55, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 15 with driving with a revoked license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Cherokee Drive and Hennessy Parkway.

Tyler Richard Simpson, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 15 with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, at the 1800 block of Seventh Avenue.

Cody Michael Kuhn, 31, Independence, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to use safety belts and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 1500 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Kelly Jo Lynn Copeland, 40, 860 Bentley Drive, was charged June 24 with driving with a suspended license, not having insurance, not accident related, at 10th Street and Sixth Avenue.

Tiajuana Shondia, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with the suspended license, failure to obey stop sign and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Elim Drive and Grand Avenue.

Jillian Kay Faaborg, 2975 Roseberyy Court, Marion was charged with driving with revoked license, driving without registration, at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Northland Avenue.

Kimberly Kay Pittman, 50, 377 Ben-Dov Drive, Marion, was charged June 18 with driving with a suspended license, not having insurance, not accident related, at 200 block of 22nd Street.
