Today is 5 years since the Smoke Free Air Act was implemented. The law banned smoking in restaurants and bars, among others. A study released by the Iowa Tobacco Prevention Alliance in February of 2011 found that 79% of Iowa voters feel the SFAA has made Iowa a better place to live.
