The City of Marion is pleased to welcome 2016 Iowa Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Johnny Rogers, to Lowe Park this Saturday, Aug. 3. Rogers and his full band will perform two highly-acclaimed shows in one night at the Klopfenstein Amphitheater starting at 7 p.m.

LEGENDS OF COUNTRY MUSIC (starting at 7 p.m.)
Featuring the best of Classic Country, Western Swing, Blues, Texas Rockabilly and Gospel music by the likes of Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, Ray Price, Willie Nelson, Elvis Presley, George Strait, George Jones, Marty Robbins, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and more.
THE HISTORY OF ROCK N ROLL, BUDDY AND BEYOND (starting at 8:45 p.m.)
A tribute to the music of the legends of Rock n’ Roll, featuring Johnny's uncanny portrayal of the late Buddy Holly and covers from the 50's, 60's and 70's by the legendary Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ricky Nelson, Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley and many more.

The concert is free to attend thanks to presenting sponsor Veridian Credit Union and the Marion Hotel/Motel Grant Program.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets for seating. Coolers are permitted, but Marion Hy-Vee, Chubbs BBQ, One More Bite Food Truck, Kona Ice and The Freeze will available onsite. Please, no dogs or other pets.
Parking is available in the main lot adjacent to the Arts & Environment Center and the auxiliary lot west of the amphitheater which is accessible from Irish Drive off of Tower Terrace Road.
