Linn County Supervisor Candidate Has 'Too Much Going on', Drops Out
The challenger to Linn County Supervisor Ben Rogers quit the race Wednesday, a day before the two were scheduled to debate.

 Dave Zahn, Linn County Supervisor candidate, said he’s suspending campaign against supervisor Ben Rogers because he's too busy.
"I’ve got too much going on," he said, according to the Gazette.
The Cedar Rapids Republican first made his announcement in writing to the League of Women Voters Linn County, informing them that, between his family, "training time" and work he can't continue.

He informed the Gazette of his decision one day before he and Rogers were to debate.
