Locals Arrested for Revoked Licenses, Defective Mufflers and Public Intoxication — Marion Police Blotter

Jordan Michael Stolfus, 18, 813 Ninth Avenue, Marion, was charged July 21 with driving with a suspended license at the 600 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Michael Joe Visek, 38, Hiawatha, was charged July 21 with driving with a suspended license and having a defective muffler, at the corner of Alburnett Road and Bosyon Road.

Ashleigh Ruth Wagner, 19, Vinton, was charged July 22 with an OWI, first offense, at 340 Marion Boulevard.

Constance Rae Trout, 53, 2195 Northview Drive, Marion, was charged July 26 with public consumption/intoxication, at the corner of 10th Street and Seventh Avenue. 

Charles Darius Green, 26, Hiawatha, was charged July 23 with driving with a suspense license and speeding, at the 3500 block of Highway 100. 

Greta Lynn Cooley, 42, 290 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged July 23 with driving with a revoked license at the 200 block of Boyson Road.
