Man Charged With Five Offenses and Arrested for Outstanding Warrant: Marion Police Blotter

A traffic stop of a 37-year-old Walker man resulted in five charges, plus Marion Police discovered an outstanding arrest warrant and took him into custody.

Ronald Stanley Parker was charged June 21 with driving with a revoked license, failure to use safety belts, not having insurance not accident related, violation of a restricted license, failure to carry registration card and was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant in the 100 block of Marion Boulevard.

It's unknown what charge lead to the arrest warrant. 

arrested 16 others for non-OWI driving-related charges between June 16 and June 26.

James Wesley Scanlan, 49, Atkins, was charged June 21 with driving with a revoked license and no insurance, not accident related, in the 4900 block of 10th Avenue.

Charles Edward Coles, 38, 3050 Eigth Street, Marion, with driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of 29th Avenue.

Jon Anthony Brooks, 20, 560 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged June 22 with driving with a suspended license at Boyson Road and Timber Oak Court.

Darci Kay Bunting, 43, 287 Eigth Avenue, Marion, was charged June 20 with driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of Marion Boulevard.

Dion Weylin Lee Peters, 28, Clinton, was charged with driving with a suspended license in the 100 block of Twixt Town Road.

Spencer Tracy Keeton, 47, 930 Blairs Ferry Road, Marion, was charged June 20 with driving with a revoked license, not having insurance, not accident related and a violation of a restricted license in the 1000 block of Bairs Ferry Road.

Brian Keith Hartson, 43, 1360 11th Avenue, Marion, was charged June 23 with driving with a suspended license and having a defective muffler in the 1200 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Jennifer Leight Helton, 31, 1920 50th Street, Marion, was charged June 19 with driving with a revoked license in the 4400 block of Highway 151.

Ciara London Dulin, 19, 560 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to use safety belts and failure to carry a registration card in the 500 block of Marion Boulevard.

Danny Ray Wolgemuth, 55, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 15 with driving with a revoked license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Cherokee Drive and Hennessy Parkway.
