Marion City Offices To Close In Observance Of Veterans Day

Marion City Hall and other City offices will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Regular business hours resume on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Police, Fire and other critical City services will continue to be provided.

Garbage, recycling and yard waste will be collected according to the normal schedule on Monday. The Public Services Facility and Yard Waste Facility, located at 195 35th Street, will be closed.

Marion Public Library will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11 for staff training. It will be open regular business hours on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Utility payments will be accepted online or via the drop boxes located outside City Hall. Drop boxes are located at the building entrance along 6th Avenue and near the 12th Street driveway entrance.
