Marion Horse and Pony Riders Show Well at Linn County Fair

Due to the rainy weather on June 26, the Linn County Fair Horse & Pony show had to be rescheduled.  4-H'ers competed in the Horse/Pony show on Saturday, July 27, at the Linn County Fairgrounds.  Those winning are as follows:

Grand Champion Halter Pony – Corrine Kettelkamp, Marion with Elmo

Reserve Champion Halter Pony – Sierra Dougherty, Coggon with Brezzy

Grand Champion Halter Horse -- Jacque Murray, Ely with Rubys Nick of Time

Reserve Champion Halter Horse – Sara-Anne Kettelkamp, Marion with Zippin Faith

High Point Pleasure Pony 9th Grade and Above – Jacque Murray, Ely riding Sunruler

Reserve High Point Pleasure Pony 9th Grade and Above – Sara-Anne Kettelkamp, Marion riding Remington Steele

High Point Pleasure Pony 8th Grade and Below – Tie between:
