Marion Independent to Show off Vernon Middle School Improvements
Vernon Middle School is hosting an open house and the Big Red Rally Tuesday night, which will show off improvements made to the school and the best of what Marion has to offer.
has been under heavy construction ever since Marion Patch opened it's metaphorical doors nearly a year ago.
While students have been enjoying the school's new modern look and upgraded learning facilities since school started in August, the is inviting parents to come see the improvements in person, Tuesday night, according to school district documents.
Vernon Middle School will also hold their Big Red Rally during the open house, which is an event showcasing local businesses and non-profits.

The Big Red Rally and open house will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
The improvements to the building started with a nearly $9 million voter-approved bond issue over three years ago, according to the Gazette.
