Marion Man Arrested for Fraud Twice in 15 Minutes
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Marion resident Anthony Carl Toomey was charged for credit card fraud twice in one day.
On July 6 he was charged with credit card fraud at 2195 Northview Drive at 11:00. He was given another credit card fraud charge 13 minutes later at 2740 25th Avenue, according to police records.

Christine Marie Davis, 46, Mount Vernon, was charged July 6 with credit card fraud, at 2740 25th Avenue.
Dawn Adele Robinson, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged July 7 with fourth degree theft and two counts of credit card fraud, at 1500 Cherokee Drive.

William Robert Thompson, 50 Mogadore, was charged July 10 with with fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.
Thomas Ray Carlson, 18, was charged July 18 with fifth degree theft at 200 Menard Lane.
Tyler Robert Dahl, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged July 18 with fifth degree theft, at 200 Menard Lane.
Austin Robert Green, 23, Cascade, was charged July 19 with fourth degree theft and providing false identification, at 200 Menard Lane.
