Marion Man Charged with Felony Burglary
Thomas Ray Carlson, 28, was charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar's tools at his residence.

A Marion man was arrested on two burglary-related charges late last month.
Thomas Ray Carlson, 28, was charged on Sept. 28 with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar’s tools at 409 Ben-Dov Drive in Marion, which is listed as his residence. The arrest took place at 10:30 p.m.
Third-degree burglary is a Class D felony, and possession of burglar's tools is an aggravated misdemeanor.

That address, 409 Ben-Dov Drive, has also been connected to other charges in the past year.
Trashon Jermaine Thompson, 20, has been listed in the Marion police blotter twice in the past year as living at 409 Ben-Dov Drive. The charges ranged from drug possession/delivery, drug delivery to minors, attending a gathering where marijuana is used and possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 30 2011, for which he was ultimately convicted of gathering where marijuana is used. Thompson was arrested again on Dec. 5 for traffic-related infractions.
