Marion Man Charged with Manufacturing Marijuana at Residence
A 29-year-old Marion resident was charged with manufacturing marijuana at his home of Fifth Avenue.
Jason Alan Madden was arrested at his home at 3005 Fifth Avenue for manufacturing marijuana.
The 29-year-old was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, a drug stamp tax violation and a disorderly house violation.
Marion Police arrested Madden Oct. 19 at 3:57 p.m.
