Marion Man Charged With Speeding, OWI and Carrying Weapons
Matthew John Birmingham was arrested at the corner of Marion Boulevard and Tama Street in Marion.
Marion Police arrested resident Matthew John Birmingham for driving while intoxicated/drugged — his second offense — speeding and carrying weapons.
He was charged at the corner of Marion Boulevard and Tama Street Oct. 5 at 12:05 p.m.
Carrying weapons is an aggravated misdemeanor.
