Marion Man, 2 15-Year-Olds Charged with Theft at Linn-Mar High School
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
David Joseph Overton, 34, and two Cedar Rapids 15-year-olds were charged with fourth degree theft at Linn-Mar High School.
Marion Police arrested Overton and the two teens the night of Oct. 25 shortly after 9 p.m.
It's unknown how Overton or the teens are associated with the Linn-Mar School District.
