Police: Man Uses Stolen Credit Card at Marion Burger King

A 23-year-old Marion man was charged with possession of stolen property and credit card theft at the Marion .

Anthony Toomey attempted to make a charge on a stolen credit card, according to records.

He was arrested on the restaurant's property at 2449 Seventh Ave. around lunchtime on June 25, last week Monday.
