Marion Police Arrest 9 With Alcohol-Related Charges

 arrested nine people for various alcohol-related charges, including three for drunken driving, in addition to drug and other violations, in the time period between July 28 and Aug. 9.

The arrests are as follows:

Bryan Leigh Herrold, 1080 26th Street, Marion, was charged July 28 with public consumption/intoxication, at the corner of 530 Bentley Drive.

Elizabeth Rose Cottingham, 39, 2800 Sixth Street, Marion, was charged July 29 with an OWI, third offense, interference with official acts, violation of a restricted license, fraudulent use of registration and driving without registration, at the 2800 block of Sixth Street.

Natalie Marie Brocks, 24, 1551 Fourth Avenue, Marion, was charged July 31 with public consumption/intoxication, at the 3000 block of third avenue.

Bruce John Azinger, 48, Cedar Rapids, was charged August 2 with public consumption/intoxication, at the 700 block of 10th Street.

Scott Ben Bowers, 33 Shellsburg, was charged August 4 with an OWI, second offense, not having insurance, not accident related, failure to display roistered platses and an open container violation, at ht e corner of Highway 13 and Highway 151.

Joy Lee Hendrix, 790 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged August 4 with public consumption/intoxication, at 453 Seventh Avenue.

Alexandro Ramon Vasquez, 44, Cedar Rapids, was charged August 4 with an OWI, first offense, possession of a controlled substance, excessive speed, not providing proof of insurance, possession of alcohol under age and failure to obey the control device, at the corner of Highway 13 and Linn Aire Avenue.

Craig Arthur Lande, 41, Marion, was charged July 28 with public consumption/intoxication, at 3911 Katz Drive.

Cassian Jon Morgan Clark, 18, Mount Vernon, was charged July 28 with fourth degree theft, underage possession of alcohol, and unlawful use of drivers license, at 3600 Highway 151.
