Mayor Nicolas AbouAssaly To Deliver Marion's State Of The City

Marion Mayor Nicolas AbouAssaly will review the challenges and triumphs of 2020 and look ahead to 2021 and beyond during the 27th annual Marion State of the City address. His presentation, entitled “The Power of CommUNITY,” will be broadcast digitally on Tuesday, March 30 from noon-1 p.m.

The virtual event is sponsored by League of Women Voters Linn County, in cooperation with the City of Marion, and supported by local businesses. Funds raised by the Marion State of the City event are used to help the League cover the cost of nonpartisan voter-education materials and forums.
There is no cost to attend, however participants are invited to consider making a donation to help the League carry out their mission.
