Open House And Ribbon Cutting Planned For Marion Youth Center

Boys & Girls Clubs, in conjunction with the Marion Youth Coalition, are hosting an open house to introduce the community to the Marion Youth Center on Monday, Sept. 9 from 4:30–6:30 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4:45 p.m.

The Marion Youth Coalition is a group of over 20 non-profit agencies that formed just over a year ago to address programming needs during out of school time for middle school youth in the Marion community. Establishing a Boys & Girls Club Unit in Marion has been a top priority for this group.Club programming officially begins Tuesday, Sept. 3.
