OWI, Interference with Official Acts, Public Intoxication and More in Marion's Police Blotter

Ashleigh Ruth Wagner, 19, Vinton, was charged July 22 with an OWI, first offense, at 340 Marion Boulevard. 

Michael Daid Shaffer, 35, Cedar Rapids, was charged July 26 with interference with official acts, disorderly house, providing false information and was arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 1450 44th Street.

Constance Rae Trout, 53, 2195 Northview Drive, Marion, was charged July 26 with public consumption/intoxication, at the corner of 10th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Andrew Raphael Thomas, 21, Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 1050 Twixt Town Road.

Jessica Darlene Chamberlain, 21, Palo, was barged July 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia and was rested on a preciously outstanding arrest warrant, at 1050 Twixt Town Road.
