OWIs, Forgery and Fraudulent Practices at Menards — Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

made the following arrests in the period between Aug. 10 and Sept. 6.
Truman Arthur Fretheim, 72, 1170 Indian Creek Court, Marion, was charged Aug. 10 with an OWI, first offense, failure to give signal before a turn and driving on the wrong side of the highway, at the corner of 10th Street and Ninth Avenue.
Christopher Todd Peterson, 20, 3444 Royal Avenue, Marion, was charged Aug. 11 with an OWI, first offense and speeding, at the 900 block of Seventh Avenue.

Anthony Jon Chan-Vance, 1644 Black Hawk Drive, Marion, was charged with an OWI, first offense, speeding and failure to maintain control, at the corner of South 11th Street and F Avenue.
Jordan Andrew Ingles, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 26 with an OWI, first offense and careless driving at the corner of Highway 100 and 44th Street.

Kyle Leigh Jolly, 1205 Parkview Drive, Marion, was charged with an OWI, second offense, not having insurance, not accident related, failure to obey control device and driving without a license, at 1203 Blairs Ferry Road.
Chereese Evonne Moore, 1481 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged Aug. 12 with third degree harassment, at 200 Derek Drive.
Ericka Ann Johnson, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 13 with forgery at 998 Eigth Avenue.
Allan Thomas Tucker, 35, Waterloo, was charged Aug. 31 with fraudulent practices at the Marion .
