OWIs, Mischief at the VIP Lounge — Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Marion Police made the following arrests in the period between Sept. 7 and Sept. 13:
Joshua Carey Thompson, 24, 4025 Windmere Way, Marion, was charged Sept. 8 with third degree criminal mischief at the VIP lounge.
Bonny Sue Ashlock, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 8 with an OWI, second offense, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to maintain control, at the corner of 49th Street and Eighth Street.

Robert Frank Traux, 53, 2505 12th Avenue, Marion, was charged with an OWI, first offense, at the corner of 12th Avenue and 25th Street.
Zachary Lee Adams, 30, 5460 Mowhawk, Marion, was charged Sept. 8 with an OWI, first offense, no insurance not accident related and driving with a revoked license, at the 100 block of Marion Boulevard.

Jeremy Shane McNeely, 35, Anamosa, was charged Sept. 9 with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related at the 700 block of 10th Street.
Shawon Michael Drake, 22, 301 Eighth Street, Marion, was charged Sept. 10 with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Alburnett Road and Geode Street.
Craig D Schneider, 52, Cedar Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to yield to a left turn, no insurance, not accident related.
