Paul Ryan to Speak in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday Afternoon

Republican vice-presidential hopeful Paul Ryan will be speaking in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday afternoon.

The speech has been billed as a "victory rally." A campaign aide told the Des Moines Register that the talk will contain portions of his vice-presidential acceptance speech.

The Wisconsin congressman will be giving a campaign speech at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids at 4 p.m., according to a news release from his campaign.

Ryan will also be speaking in Adel the following night.
