Residents Charged with Theft at Marion Walmart, Menards
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Marion Police made the following arrests between Oct. 4-10:
Grant Thomas Proschaska, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 4 with second-offense OWI, driving without registration and using a vehicle with a defective muffler, at the corner of Eighth Avenue and Lindale Drive.
Zachary Paul Feller, 19, 2635 Pennington Drive, Marion, was charged Oct. 4 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use seat belts, at 335 Marion Blvd.

Rachel Louise Monthie, 34, 1540 44th St., Marion, was charged Oct. 4 with public consumption/intoxication, at 3600 Highway 151.
Eric Zebulon Mager, 21, 2651 Regal Court, Marion, was charged Oct. 5 with theft at the Marion Walmart.

Brenda Rose Moen, 45, Cedar Rapids, was charged with theft at 200 Menards Lane.
