Selling to Minors, Child Endangerment — Marion Police Blotter

Marion Police made the following seven arrests between Sept. 27 and Oct. 3:

Skylar Cody Lee Ducker, 19, 453 10th Street, Marion, was charged Sept. 27 with a disorderly house violation and selling/giving/distributing alcohol to minors, at 354 10th Street.

Nathan Michael Schmidt, 26, 555 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged Sept. 21 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphnerlia and child endangerment at 356 Ninth Street.

John Floyd Boyce, 24, 356 Ninth Street, Marion, was arrested Sept. 21 on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at his home.

Makayla Noreen Elliot, 23, 356 9th Street, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a disorderly house violation, at 356 9th Street.

Zachery James Gerdes, 20, 2270 Timber Creek Drive, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, at the 600 block of Blairs Ferry Road.
