Teens Charged with Discharging Weapons Near Marion East End Shopping Center

Joshua Kenneth Conklin and Justin Alan Candler were charged with discharging weapons Oct. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Two teens were charged by Marion Police with discharging weapons near the East End Shopping Center.

Joshua Kenneth Conklin, 19, Marion, and Justin Alan Candle, 19, Cedar Rapids, were charged incident occurred Oct. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Conklin was also charged with discharging weapons in addition to driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
